Faaji for seniors in person program
The Faaji program promotes the mental and physical well-being of older adults through activities like dancing, drumming, and social connection. These activities help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while boosting the immune system and supporting emotional healing. Faaji also provides nutritious meals, take-home food bags, and health workshops on diabetes, chronic pain, and foot care.
